Swim Academy Teaches Skills For Life

Last updated 3 months ago

The region’s largest health and fitness facility, The Forum, said that choosing and booking your children into a swim school should be as easy as buying your lunch.

Director Programs, Roxana Olivares, said that is was a sad fact that many children did not know how to swim.

“Many drownings could be prevented if children are taught by a qualified swim teacher to learn life saving water skills,” Roxana said.

“Our team of more than 30 swim staff are highly experienced and trained for all levels of swim instruction and water safety. We keep our fees as low as possible to ensure they are cost effective for everyone,” she said.

The Forum Swim Academy offers more than 250 lessons each week to swimmers of all abilities and levels and in time for Term 1 with classes running every day from Monday 30 January 2012.

The Forum promotes water awareness, confidence, safety, fitness and stroke development, and teach without the use of back bubbles or arm floats.

The Forum Swim Academy is an AUSTSWIM and Royal Life Saving accredited swim school and teaches children water safety and builds confidence with a focus on stroke correction and technique.

Classes range from six months of age through to adults and all students are enrolled on a school term basis. Our swim program allows you to continue your swimming to a competitive level.
